Information We Do NOT Collect

Norakind is built with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your tasks, consequences, or any content you create in the app
• Your personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Your location data
• Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Your usage patterns or analytics
• Your contacts or other personal data from your device

All of your task data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, your data syncs between your devices using your personal iCloud account. We never have access to this data.

Information We May Collect

Crash Reports (Optional)

If you choose to submit crash reports or diagnostic information to us:

• Through the app's built-in reporting feature
• By emailing us directly about technical issues

These reports may contain technical information about your device (model, OS version) and the state of the app when it crashed. They do not contain your personal tasks or data. Submission of crash reports is always optional and under your control.

Support Form Submissions

If you contact us through the support form on our website, we collect:

• Your name (as provided by you)
• Your email address (to respond to your inquiry)
• The content of your message
• Any optional information you choose to provide (device type, etc.)

This information is used solely to respond to your support request and is not shared with third parties. We retain support communications for record-keeping and service improvement purposes.

Data Storage and Sync

Local Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync:

• Your task data syncs between your Apple devices using your personal iCloud account
• Data is transmitted through Apple's CloudKit service with end-to-end encryption
• We have no access to your iCloud data or sync activity
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings

Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Apple's Privacy Policy.

Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases, subscriptions, and financial transactions are processed entirely through the Apple App Store:

• We do not collect, process, or store any payment information
• We do not have access to your credit card, billing address, or payment history
• All payment data is handled exclusively by Apple
• Subscription management, refunds, and billing issues are managed through your Apple ID account

Your transactions are governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Privacy Policy.

Family Sharing

Norakind subscriptions support Apple's Family Sharing feature:

• Up to 5 family members can share a subscription
• Each family member maintains completely separate, private task data
• We cannot see who is in your family sharing group
• Family members cannot see each other's tasks or data

Family Sharing is managed entirely through your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's policies.

Third-Party Services

Norakind does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The only third-party service involved is Apple's infrastructure:

• App Store for distribution and payments
• CloudKit for optional iCloud sync (under your control)

Children's Privacy

Norakind does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not collect personal information from users of any age. Parents and guardians should be aware that:

• The app is designed for personal task management
• All data stays on the user's device
• No account creation or personal information is required

Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible to you directly within the app
• Deletion: You can delete tasks individually or delete the app entirely to remove all local data
• Export: While export features are planned for future updates, your data is stored in standard Apple formats
• Sync Control: You can enable or disable iCloud sync at any time through device settings

Data Security

We take security seriously:

• Your data is stored using Apple's secure SwiftData framework
• iCloud sync uses Apple's encrypted CloudKit service
• We use industry-standard security practices for our website and support systems
• Since we don't collect your personal data, there's no central database to be compromised

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy
